You will get the source code of the app that you see in the video demo. Nothing more or less than what the video demo shows. Feel free to ask questions before buying. This app is compatible with the latest version of Xcode and SwiftUI. All images and character assets live directly in the app in ultra-light .webp format. We leverage the new GPT-Image-1 model for both generation and editing—using its style-transfer feature to map one image’s look onto a user upload. Plus, by feeding in accessories and job titles as extra prompt inputs, users can fine-tune their avatars even further.
What do I need to get started?
You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 15+. This app requires iOS 17+. All app templates on this website are for iPhones without iPad support. An AdMob account is necessary if you want to show ads in the app. We provide you with some basic PDF documentation on how to replace the AdMob Interstitial Ad identifiers, and how to replace the in-app purchase product identifier. You'll need a OpenAI account. Make sure that verify your organization to access protected GPT-Image-1 model.
How does it work?
- Users begin by selecting a character/image, then upload a photo of themselves to serve as the output.
- After selecting a photo, they can customize the image by choosing a job role, adding accessories, and writing optional extra details.
- The app uses OpenAI’s image editing API to transform the photo into a stylized character based on the selected inputs.
- Generated character images are displayed in a preview, where users can choose to save them to their device or mark them as favorites.
- All favorite images are saved locally and organized in a dedicated Favorites tab, allowing for easy browsing and deletion.
- Image generation uses credits. Each AI-generated image consumes one credit, and users start with a default balance.
- Users can purchase additional credits through consumable in-app purchases in small, medium, or large packs.
- A one-time premium upgrade unlocks all character styles and removes ads. They still need to buy credits in order to generate images.
- In-App Purchases are handled via a private framework. This framework doesn't support subscriptions. You can use this framework for any other games/apps you want to add in-app purchases.
