About the template

Fasting

Studies show that intermittent fasting can improve numerous risk factors for heart disease such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, triglycerides, and inflammatory markers. Do a quick search on the App Store to see how many apps are trending in Top 100 for the Health & Fitness category.

The app as shown in the video demo. Feel free to ask questions before buying.
Assistance will be provided for any code-related questions.

The app gives users the power to track their fast. Whenever you have your last meal of the day, open the app and tap "START" this will start the tracking process and the app will show you when your fast ends, this is the time when you can start eating again. If you go to the settings tab, you can turn on the notifications so you could get notified 30min before your fast ends. Whenever you "STOP" your fast, the app will save this progress and start a countdown for your eating window, this is the time when you can enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Requirements

What do I need to get started?

You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 12 installed. This app requires iOS 14+.
The entire app is built using SwiftUI. You will need a Google AdMob account for Interstitial ads that are shown in the app.

How it works

How does it work?

  • Stopping your fast will record the tracked progress into the history tab. When you stop your fast for the first time, you will start seeing a countdown for your eating window. This is the time when you can eat. Usually, the eating and fasting ratio (hours) can be set via the settings tab.
  • The settings tab allows you to turn on the local notifications. These notifications will fire 30 minutes before the fast ends. For testing purposes, you can change one line of code in the AppConfig so you could test the notifications much earlier as you can see in the video demo.
  • Please ask questions if necessary before purchasing. If you need any help or a price for custom work, don't hesitate to contact us.
