Mortgage rate trends are constantly changing, and this app allows you to enter your own numbers, from the home purchase price, to interest rates and down payment as well as other monthly payments like HOA fees, home owner's insurance, and property taxes. This can be your entry-level real estate app, that can be added to any finance apps or use it as a standalone app.

There are no APIs or backend requirements for this app. It's a very simple and clean app. You can tweak the UI and formulas to create other types of apps like student loan calculators, car payment calculators, etc.

*** WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED ***
You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 12 installed. This app requires iOS 14+. All app templates on this website are for iPhones, with no iPad support.
The entire app is built using SwiftUI. You will need a Google AdMob account for Interstitial ads that are shown in the app. 

*** HOW DOES IT WORK ***
- The user will land on the main home screen of the app, where they can enter the basic information about their home purchase price, down payment amount, and current interest rates as well as the duration of the loan.

- The calculate button will present the results screen with the pie chart. Here you can see the principal & interest payment and the option to enter other payments like HOA fees, property tax, etc.

- The app is built using SwiftUI and as always, a very clean UI and source code that you can expand more based on your needs.
