About the template

Rental Income Calculator

How to run the numbers on a rental property? Investing in real estate can generate capital gains as well as rental income and this app is mainly focused on the rental income and cash flow numbers. It's a must-have for any real estate investor and with our Mortgage Calculator app, these 2 can bring so much value to a lot of users.

The app as shown in the video demo. Feel free to ask questions before buying.
There are no APIs or backend requirements for this app. It's a very simple and clean app. You can check our Mortgage Calculator app as well, so you can mix these 2 into one single app if you want to offer a full experience to the user.

Requirements

What do I need to get started?

You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 12 installed. This app requires iOS 14+. All app templates on this website are for iPhones, with no iPad support.
The entire app is built using SwiftUI. You will need a Google AdMob account for Interstitial ads that are shown in the app.

How it works

How does it work?

  • The calculate button will present the results screen where the user can see cash flow, cap rate, cash on cash return, and the capital required.
  • Whenever the cash flow is positive, the results screen will show a green background and tile color, and for negative cash flow, this color will turn red. You can enhance this app even more, with other important numbers for the real estate investors if you have more experience in this field.
