I. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Apps4World LLC (“Apps4World,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of mobile applications published by Apps4World (each an “App” and collectively, the “Apps”). An App’s title may vary by country and may change without specific notice.

Our Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly presented within an App are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please read this Agreement carefully before you download, install, or use an App. By downloading, installing, or using an App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to access, download, install, or use the Apps and should discontinue use and remove the applicable App from your device.

II. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective when the revised Agreement is posted. Your continued use of an App after a revised Agreement is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

III. PRIVACY AND USER DATA

Apps4World does not collect, store, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or usage data from users through the Apps. Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Some Apps may request access to device features or user-selected content solely to perform functionality you choose to use. Such information is not collected by Apps4World. Services provided by Apple or other third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

IV. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF AN APP AND ITS SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APP, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, FEATURES, MATERIALS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AN APP WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPS4WORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE AN APP OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPS4WORLD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES THAT YOU ACCESS THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH AN APP.

VI. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion for any lawful reason.
Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate and you must cease use of the applicable App.
