The Self-Care niche is booming. Back in 2018, the Top Self-Care app generated $15m in revenue, and since then, a lot of other apps started to earn a significant amount. For instance, the BetterMe app generates over $2m in revenue, according to SensorTower report. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality apps and source codes, with lots of features so you can compete in this market. *** WHAT DOES THIS PRODUCT OFFER YOU ***
You will get the source code of the app that you see in the video demo. Nothing more or less than what the video demo shows. Feel free to ask questions before buying. The app is built using SwiftUI and uses Firebase to store guided meditation and motivational quotes data. All other data like mood tracking and water intake tracking, is being stored in CoreData on the device. Steps, Calories, and Sleep Time data is being fetched from Apple's HealthKit framework, and we don't store this data anywhere.

*** WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED ***
You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 14+ installed. This app requires iOS 14+. All app templates on this website are for iPhones, with no iPad support. An AdMob account is required if you want to show ads in the app. You will also need a Google Firebase account, in order to store your own motivational quotes and guided meditation data. We provide PDF documentation and screenshots on how to configure your Firebase project. 

*** HOW DOES IT WORK ***

- When the app launches the first time, the users will be asked to grant access to the Health app data.

- On the Home tab, the user can check in with their mood, and tapping the "plus" button will allow them to record how much water they have consumed.

- All other tiles on the Home tab, like Steps/Calories/Sleep are non-editable because the data comes from HealthKit.

- On the Meditation tab, the large tile at the top will show a featured item from Firebase. Below this tile, you will find the motivational quote which also comes from Firebase. And lastly, below the motivation quote, the app will display a grid of all meditation items from Firebase. You can only tap the play/pause button for a meditation, which will start playing the audio file from Firebase.

- On the Stats tab, we display 2 tiles for the daily/monthly steps average, the weekly mood that the user recorded, the happiest month of the year, and the reasons for mood along with the mood check-in counts.

- On the Settings tab, the user can type their own name and choose one of the provided avatars. This tab also lets them restore in-app purchases, contact you for support, set a passcode for the app, and other basic settings.

- By default, the user can track their water consumption only 2 times for free. To unlock unlimited tracking, they will have to use the in-app purchases feature. In-App Purchases are handled via a private framework. This framework doesn't support subscriptions. You can use this framework for any other games/apps that you want to add in-app purchases. We have designed this app in a way that allows you to combine it with Daily Journal, or Habit Tracker apps. While such customization work will require some effort, the app design is very similar on purpose, so you can enhance your existing Daily Journal or Habit Tracker app by adding these features from Wellness Companion. Having a consistent look and feel is very important for the success of your app. Other features that you can add to this app, may include a breathing exercise flow, similar to our Respira app template. If you really want to stand out, you should consider adding a ChatGPT feature to this app, like a personal mentor feature where the user can ask different body and mental health questions.
