About this license

  • The Extended License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the app template/source code you have selected.

  • You are licensed to use the app template/source code to create one or more End Products for yourself, and the End Product may be sold.

  • You can Sell and make any number of copies of the single End Product.

  • You are not allowed to sell these app templates (source codes) on your personal/business website, or any other 3rd party marketplaces.

  • Your license can't be transferred. Only the original purchaser will be granted support for the app template/source code selected.

  • Any issues with the app template/source code after it's modified, sold, or transferred, are no longer supported by Apps4World.com, and its associated websites, including visionOSTemplates.com

  • In the event of the app template/source code violating any of the App Store Review Guidelines, or any other laws, this website, and its associated websites, including visionOSTemplates.com, or its owner (Apps4World LLC) shall not be held liable or responsible. You, the purchaser, will be fully responsible for any issues that may result from using or not using this app template/source code.

  • You can not use the app template/source code icon or any other audio/video assets for uploading the End Product to the App Store.

  • You can only use the app template/source code for lawful purposes. Also, if an app template/source code contains an image of a person, you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.

  • This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the app template/source code from it. 

  • This license is between the author of the app template/source code, Apps4World.com, and you, the purchaser.

  • You can not request app developers to take down their own apps from the App Store, that is using the same app template (source code) as the one that you purchased from this website, because all app templates and customization work come with a non-exclusive license.

  • We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify the details about this license, the Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
