This license applies only to iOS app templates and source code purchased from Apps4World. It does not apply to custom development projects, which are governed by the applicable project scope or agreement and the Terms & Conditions.
Your purchase grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the app template/source code you selected.
You may modify the source code and use it to create one or more End Products for yourself or your business.
You may distribute or sell your finished End Product, including through the App Store, subject to applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
The underlying app template/source code remains non-exclusive. Other Apps4World customers may purchase and use the same template.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or make the app template/source code itself available as a template, source-code product, starter kit, download, or competing product.
You may not upload or sell the source code on your own website or on a third-party source-code marketplace.
You may not claim exclusive ownership of the underlying template or attempt to prevent other lawful licensees from publishing products based on the same template.
The license is granted to the original purchaser and is not transferable as a standalone license. A finished End Product may be transferred or sold together with the project, but support remains available only to the original purchaser unless Apps4World agrees otherwise in writing.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, demo images, icons, audio, video, trademarks, names, and other sample assets included with a template are provided for demonstration purposes only and should be replaced before distributing a final product.
You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, API access, accounts, or other rights required for assets and third-party services used in your final product.
Free support included with an app template covers reasonable questions about the purchased source code as originally delivered.
Support does not include writing new features, general programming instruction, troubleshooting unrelated third-party services, or repairing problems introduced by customer modifications or third-party changes.
Once the source code has been materially modified, transferred, or incorporated into a substantially different project, Apps4World may require a separate paid development engagement to investigate or modify that work.
Purchase of a template does not guarantee App Store approval. Apple may change its review guidelines, APIs, operating systems, policies, or technical requirements at any time.
You are responsible for customizing your final product, replacing demo assets, reviewing App Store requirements, and ensuring that your use of the template complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Templates may rely on third-party APIs, frameworks, services, or platforms that Apps4World does not control and cannot guarantee will remain available or unchanged.
If you materially breach this license, your rights under the license may be terminated. You must then stop distributing the template/source code in violation of these terms and remedy the breach before continuing any permitted use.
