These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Apps4World.com and purchases or services provided by Apps4World LLC (“Apps4World,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, purchasing an app template, or entering into a custom development engagement, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, when applicable, the iOS App Template License.
You may use Apps4World.com only for lawful purposes. Website content, product descriptions, demos, pricing, availability, and services may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue or modify website features, products, or services at our discretion, subject to obligations already agreed to in a paid custom development phase.
An app template is pre-built source code intended to provide a starting point for an iOS application. The functionality included with a template is the functionality described on its product page and demonstrated in the related materials at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, templates are delivered as Xcode projects and may use Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Apple frameworks, or third-party services.
You are responsible for reviewing the product page and asking questions before purchase if a specific feature, integration, operating-system version, or development environment is important to you.
Template purchases are non-exclusive. Other customers may purchase and publish products based on the same source code.
Your use of purchased template source code is governed by the iOS App Template License.
Free support included with app templates covers reasonable questions about the source code as originally delivered. It does not include new feature development, general programming instruction, unrelated third-party troubleshooting, or code changes requested after purchase.
Template updates are provided when Apps4World chooses to release them, including when necessary to address defects. A template is not guaranteed to receive new features or continuous compatibility updates for every future version of Xcode, iOS, or a third-party service.
Template orders are digital-product purchases. Payment methods and delivery methods are shown during checkout. After the source code or download access has been delivered, purchases are generally final except where a refund is required by applicable law or Apps4World agrees otherwise.
If you do not receive access to a purchased template within the stated delivery period, contact Apps4World with the transaction details so the order can be investigated.
Custom development is separate from the app-template license. Custom work may include a new iOS app, work on an existing codebase, feature development, bug fixes, modernization, codebase assessment, App Store preparation, or other work specifically described in a written scope.
Custom development is normally divided into fixed-price phases. The scope, deliverables, price, and expected timing for each phase are agreed before work begins. A client is committing only to the approved phase unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Unless a written quote states otherwise, each custom-development phase is paid 50% before work begins and 50% after the agreed phase deliverables are completed and made available for review.
Work requested outside the agreed scope is not automatically included. Additional features, revisions, integrations, or requirements may be quoted separately or placed into a later phase.
A client may stop after a completed paid phase without being required to purchase later phases. Amounts already paid for completed work are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Delays caused by missing client materials, credentials, feedback, approvals, third-party access, or changed requirements may affect the project schedule.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the client owns the custom source code and project deliverables created specifically for the client after payment for the applicable phase has been completed. Apps4World may continue to use its pre-existing tools, reusable techniques, general know-how, libraries, and non-client-specific components.
Third-party software, frameworks, APIs, fonts, images, or other materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
A defect means agreed functionality does not materially operate as described in the approved scope. Changes in preference, new requirements, new platform behavior, or third-party service changes are not automatically defects.
Custom builds may include a post-launch period for correcting defects as described in the applicable quote or scope. Ongoing maintenance, new features, or later compatibility work may be quoted separately.
Apps4World may assist with App Store preparation or submission when included in scope, but no template or custom-development engagement guarantees acceptance, continued availability, ranking, revenue, or approval by Apple. Apple and third-party providers control their own rules, APIs, accounts, review processes, pricing, and availability.
You are responsible for maintaining required developer accounts, legal disclosures, licenses, permissions, content rights, business information, and third-party credentials unless the written scope expressly assigns a particular task to Apps4World.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, sample images, icons, audio, video, trademarks, names, and other demo assets included with templates are for demonstration purposes and should be replaced before commercial distribution. You are responsible for ensuring that content used in your final product is properly licensed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps4World provides the website, templates, and services without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, future compatibility, App Store approval, commercial results, or the continued operation of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps4World will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, a template, a custom project, or a third-party service.
Information collected through the website, template purchases, project inquiries, and service communications is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and disputes relating to Apps4World.com, app-template purchases, or Apps4World services will be governed by applicable United States law and, where applicable, the law of the state in which Apps4World LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively unless the law or a written agreement requires otherwise. A separately signed or expressly accepted project agreement or quote controls over these website Terms if the two directly conflict.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to the contact email listed on Apps4World.com.
